How do I know which clean to choose?
You can click the chat bubble on the bottom right of the website to talk with Drip Alien and upload photos of your sneakers for a quick recommendation. If you prefer to choose on your own, that is fine too. After you submit the service form with your photos, our team reviews every pair and confirms that you picked the right clean before anything is invoiced.
What is included in each cleaning service?
Fresh Clean ($70): Light refresh for lightly worn pairs. Includes upper cleaning, midsole wipe down, laces cleaned, and light deodorizing.
Deep Clean ($85): Full professional clean for everyday wear. Includes deep upper cleaning, deep midsole cleaning, laces cleaned, deodorizing, and material specific care.
Fried Hard Special ($130): Maximum level clean for heavily worn or high value pairs. Includes advanced deep cleaning, intensive midsole care, and enhanced material treatment.
What add ons do you offer?
You can upgrade any service with:
Touch ’Em Up ($60): Minor scuff fixes and cosmetic corrections
Sole Icing ($70): Outsole unyellowing and icy sole restoration
Lace Swap ($20): New laces or a style change
Whitening: Included where applicable or recommended when needed
If your photos show that an add on will improve the result, we will let you know before we begin.
Do you work on all sneaker materials?
Yes. We safely clean leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh, knit, rubber, synthetic materials, and specialty materials like patent leather, pony hair, satin, 3M, and more.
How long does a Sneaker Spa clean take?
Most services take 24 to 72 hours depending on the service level and add ons. Sole icing and Touch ’Em Up may require extra time.
Can you clean collector or high value pairs?
Yes. We work on Jordans, Dunks, Yeezys, Air Max, limited releases, and luxury sneakers using safe and professional techniques.
Can I drop off or ship my sneakers?
Yes. After booking, you will receive instructions for drop off or safe shipping.
Can I send multiple pairs at once?
Yes. If you have multiple pairs, click the chat bubble on the bottom right of the website to talk with Drip Alien and send photos of each pair. You can also email the photos if that works better for you. Drip Alien will tell you exactly what service each pair needs before you check out.
Do you judge how beat my sneakers are?
Never. We clean everything including beaters, grails, daily rotation pairs, gym shoes, hoop shoes, and anything in between.
Will I get updates during the process?
Yes. You will receive a check in confirmation and another message when your pair is ready for pickup or shipping.
Will you confirm that I chose the right service?
Yes. We review your photos and your sneakers in person. If a different level of clean or an add on will give you better results, we will let you know before starting.
Do I have to use Drip Alien to get help?
No. Drip Alien is optional. You can always email us photos of your sneakers or submit them through the service form and our team will help you choose the best service. Use whatever method feels easiest for you.
